The puppet's X-ray shows a cloudy area in the body, which in a human would indicate pneumonia. The puppet is not actually sick – the effect is created by wadding and sand added for weight.
You may gently turn the puppet!
Description
A rectangular display case about 140 cm tall with a slanted top. Two sides of the case are black; one of them carries the white text introducing the exhibit. On the right edge of the same side, about 80 cm from the floor, are the exhibit number, the NFC symbol and a QR code — scanning it lets you experience the exhibition in an accessible way.
The other two sides of the case are glass, and the puppet can be seen through them. Depicted on one glass side is the X-ray image of the puppet inside the case, together with keywords naming the materials the puppet is made of. At the bottom of the side with the X-ray image is an opening with a disc that lets you turn the puppet.

Daughter is a little girl 35 cm tall. Her fair, slightly tousled hair is arranged in two side plaits tied with light blue ribbon. The hair is made of light llama hair, which you can find on the materials table, at number 22.
At the back of her head is a wooden control stick.
The puppet's slightly surprised face is made of silicone and is skin-coloured. You can find the material on the materials table, at number 5. She has big blue eyes and pinkish lips.
The girl's body has no defined shape and resembles a filled bag. She has neither arms nor legs. The body gives the impression that she is wearing a light blue velvet coat with a white furry collar, four light green buttons and two pocket flaps on the sides.
At the lower back of the puppet is a wide textile loop into which the puppeteer can put a hand to move the puppet's body.
In Daughter's X-ray image, the puppet's silicone head shows brightly, with two wires in the neck area turned down and to the side.
In the lower part of the puppet's body are sand and wadding, which appear in the image as an irregular white patch.
You can find a tactile drawing of the puppet's X-ray image at exhibit 12, the light table.
